Individual coaching can help you develop and grow. You can learn how to give more direction to your life and how to get more in touch with what is really important to you. You can increase your psychological resilience so that you can look at life more positively and cope better with setbacks.

 

Through my extensive work experience as a coach, but also a psychotherapist, I possess many techniques to facilitate your process.
