Online sessions can be convenient if you often stay abroad or if you have a busy schedule. An online session works on the same principle as a live session, the only difference being we speak and see each other through a secure video link.

 If you prefer live sessions and you live or work in the city of Breda or its surroundings, I offer sessions in a relaxing environment aimed at making you feel comfortable. This can be either in my office or at your workplace. 

The advantage of having sessions at work is that they are easy to incorprorate in your work agenda. It saves travelling time and sessions can take place during working hours.
