Free introductory talk
Costs
Ask here for a free introductory talk, during which we can both decide whether we want to start sessions together. In this meeting I will explain more about my approach, the different possibilities of therapy or coaching, the costs of the sessions and practical arrangements.
The costs for coaching are 175 euro for an hour, excl BTW. You will receive an invoice after each session.
If you wish, you can discuss with your employer whether they want to reimburse part of the costs. Some employers have a budget for the personal development of their employees.
If you are not looking for coaching, but have mental health issues, therapy is more fitting then coaching. For therapy you need a refferal letter from your general practicioner.
